Terms of use
The rules for using Sparlift, a free training log provided as is that doesn't give medical advice.
By creating an account or using Sparlift, you agree to these terms. They're short on purpose.
The service
Sparlift is a free training log. Features may change, be added or be removed. If Sparlift ever shuts down, you'll get at least 30 days' notice to export your data.
Your account
- You must be at least 16.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- One person per account.
Your data
What you log is yours. You let Sparlift store and process it only to run the service for you, as the privacy policy describes. You can erase it at any time.
Fair use
Don't misuse Sparlift: no attacks on it, no automated scraping, no attempts to reach other people's data, and no uploads that are illegal or that you don't have the right to share.
Not medical advice
Recovery scores, estimated one-rep maxes and every other number in Sparlift are estimates for orientation. They are not medical advice and don't replace a doctor, physiotherapist or coach. You train at your own risk.
No guarantees
Sparlift is provided "as is". It's run with care, but it can't be promised to be always available or free of errors. As far as the law allows, Sparlift isn't liable for indirect losses or lost data. Nothing here limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
Ending
You can stop using Sparlift and erase your data at any time. An account that breaks these terms may be suspended.
Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the law where you live.
